4 BR, 4 BA, POOL ACCESS.* Our CLIFTON GUEST AND FISHING LODGE is an off-site (250 feet from the Main Hotel Building) 2,500 square foot, 2 story home located on spacious grounds (approximately 1/2 acre) surrounding a large swimming pool with "Golden Mean" dimensions (44 x 27 foot lap pool) and spa. It is located just steps away from the scenic Riverwalk along the St. Lucie River and the renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment of Historic Downtown Stuart. 5 BR, 4.5 BA, NO POOL ACCESS. PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPA.Our Owl House River Retreat is an off-site (200 feet from the Main Hotel Building) 3,200 square foot historic river-front home (built in 1904) with wide water views and a grand back lawn fronting the St. Lucie River. This luxurious and charming 2 story, 5 bedroom home sleeps up to 14 guests and features direct access to the scenic Riverwalk along the St. Lucie River. It is also located just steps away from the renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment of Historic Downtown Stuart. NOTE: This unit is not located near our tenant, The Sneaky Tiki, and will be a quieter unit.

2 BR (KING/QUEEN), 2 BA, NO POOL ACCESS. PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPA. Our Roosevelt Suite, is an off-site (200 feet from the Main Hotel Building) 1,150 square foot ground-floor suite with partial views of the St. Lucie River. This luxurious suite sleeps up to 6 guests and features a ground floor handicap accessible (ADA) master bedroom. It is located just steps away from the scenic Riverwalk along the St. Lucie River and the renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment of Historic Downtown Stuart. NOTE: This unit is not located near our tenant, The Sneaky Tiki, and will be a quieter unit.

3 BR, 2.5 BA, NO POOL ACCESS. Our Waterview Suite is an off-site (150 feet from the Main Hotel Building) 2,000 square foot two-story suite with wide water views of the St. Lucie River and a grand back lawn that fronts the St. Lucie River. This luxurious and charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath suite sleeps up to 8 guests and features direct access to the scenic Riverwalk along the St. Lucie River. It is also located just steps away from the renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment of Historic Downtown Stuart. NOTE: This unit is not located near our tenant, The Sneaky Tiki, and will be a quieter unit.

4 Houses/Cottages (10 Bedrooms, 9 bathrooms), EXCLUSIVE POOL ACCESS.* The Family Reunion Compound is an off-site (200 feet from the Main Hotel Building) compound of 4 historic houses/cottages described below that are located on spacious grounds (approximately 1/2 acre) surrounding a large swimming pool with "Golden Mean" dimensions (44 x 27 foot lap pool) and spa a large manicured lawn and garden. The compound is located just steps away from the scenic Riverwalk along the St. Lucie River and the renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment of Historic Downtown Stuart. NOTE: This unit is not located near our tenant, The Sneaky Tiki, and will be a quieter unit.

LODGING POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because we are a small business, we have a cancellation policy that we feel is fair for our guests and will allow us to continue to operate a successful inn.

For all reservations (other than any reservations requiring a 50% advance deposit as explained in the “Fifty Percent Advance Deposits” policy set forth below), a deposit in the amount of $50 will be charged to your credit card upon booking. This deposit will be credited to the cost of your stay with us.

If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, this $50 deposit will be retained and can be applied to a future reservation with us at any time within one year other than holidays and holiday weekends.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for your entire stay, however we will provide you with a Gift Certificate for an amount equal to the first night's lodging to be used for reservations at any time within one year other than holidays and holiday weekends.

FIFTY PERCENT ADVANCE DEPOSITS:

If you are staying with us for 7 or more nights, or if you are booking The Enchanted Cottage, The Ernest Lyons House, the Owl House River Retreat, the Clifton Guest and Fishing Lodge, the Blue House, or the Family Reunion Compound, or if you are booking 3 or more rooms with us, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time the reservation is confirmed. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, the 50% deposit will be retained and can be applied to your next reservation at any time within one year other than holidays or holiday weekends. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for your entire stay, but we will provide you with a gift certificate for an amount equal to the initial 50% to be used towards a future reservation at any time within one year other than holidays or holiday weekends.

PET POLICY:

We allow pets (no more than 2 animals and no more than 100 lbs.) in our Coastal Cottage without prior approval and in select ground floor suites with prior approval. If you would like to bring your pet when you stay with us, please request the Coastal Cottage when making your reservation or call for approval to bring a pet to a select ground floor suite.

SMOKING POLICY:

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking of any kind inside will incur a penalty in the amount of

$250.00 charged to your account.

CHILD POLICY:

Children are a gift and are always welcome here!

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later date up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
